Section 410 IAC 6-14-7 - "Refuse" defined

Authority: IC 16-19-3-4.4

Affected: IC 16-19-3

Sec. 7.

As used in this rule, "refuse" means all solid wastes, including:

(1) garbage;

(2) rubbish; and

(3) ashes;

but excluding body wastes.
