Section 410 IAC 3.6-4-10 - Multiple violations during an investigation

Sec. 10.

When during the course of an investigation the department determines a vendor has committed multiple violations of this rule, the department shall disqualify the vendor for the period corresponding to the most serious violation of this rule. However, the department shall include all violations in the notice of adverse action.
