Section 410 IAC 3.6-2-4 - Vendor preauthorization visit

Sec. 4.

Vendor applicants who have failed a preauthorization visit shall not receive a subsequent preauthorization visit until after they have advised in writing that they can comply with the vendor selection criteria.
