Section 410 IAC 3.6-1-4 - "Conflict of interest" defined

Sec. 4.

"Conflict of interest" means a situation in which a private financial interest of:

(1) an officer;

(2) an employee; or

(3) the spouse or unemancipated child; of a vendor coincides with the private financial interest of a local agency or department employee.
