Section 410 IAC 3.6-1-2 - "Authorization" defined

Sec. 2.

"Authorization" means the process by which the department:

(1) assesses;

(2) selects; and

(3) enters into;

agreements with stores that apply or subsequently reapply to be authorized as WIC vendors.
