Section 410 IAC 32-1-65.5 - "Remediation" defined

Sec. 65.5.

"Remediation" means actions that constitute either:

(1) abatement (as defined in IC 16-18-2-0.5); or

(2) interim controls (as defined in section 43 of this rule).
