Sec. 1.
(a) If the clinic provides other services not covered in specific sections of this article, the services must meet the needs of the patients served, within the scope of the service offered, and in accordance with acceptable standards of practice.(b) The services must be as follows: (1) Under the direction of a qualified person or persons.(2) Staffed in accordance with written clinic policies and in compliance with the applicable state and federal rules.Indiana State Department of Health; 410 IAC 26.5-18-1; filed 9/6/2019, 3:31 p.m.: 20191002-IR-410190163FRA
