Section 410 IAC 26-0.5-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This article applies to abortion clinics that perform surgical abortion procedures. An abortion clinic that provides an abortion inducing drug for the purpose of inducing an abortion must comply with 410 IAC 26.5.
