Section 410 IAC 23-2-14 - Compliance with federal law

Sec. 14.

All provisions in this rule must be equal to or less than the provisions established by federal law as found in Section 338B of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254l-1) , as amended, Section 331(i) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254d(i)) , as amended, and with future changes in the governing statute.
