Sec. 1.3.

Section IV (B), entitled Uniform Regulation for the Method of Sale of Commodities, of Handbook 130: Uniform Laws and Regulations in the Areas of Legal Metrology and Engine Fuel Quality, 2014 edition, adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures, and published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, excluding Section 2.20.1, is hereby incorporated by reference as requirements of the Indiana department of health for the method of sale of commodities.
