Section 8-89-10 - Language assistance, writing assistance, or reasonable accommodation

Any individual making a complaint or participating in an investigation that requires language assistance or writing assistance shall be afforded such assistance by the department. Any individuals with disabilities who require reasonable accommodation(s) to make a complaint or participate in an investigation shall be afforded such assistance by the department.
