Section 8-54-10.2 - Notification of denial of application or proposed disciplinary action against a licensee or permittee

In the event an application for a license or permit is denied, or the board intends to discipline a licensee or permittee, written notification shall be provided to the denied applicant, or to the licensee of the intended action. The notification shall include a concise statement of the reasons therefore and a statement informing the applicant or licensee or permittee of the right to a hearing if the applicant or licensee or permittee so desires. The notification shall further provide the time frame that a demand for hearing shall be filed.
