Section 8-54-10.10 - Judicial review of contested cases

Any party aggrieved by a final decision of the board is entitled to judicial review in conformance with section 91-14, HRS. Any party requesting judicial review shall serve a copy of the request upon the board and all other parties to the proceeding in accordance with the Hawaii Rules of Civil Procedure.
