Section 8-54-10.1 - Applicability

The general procedures specified in this subchapter shall, in part, effectuate and carry out the purposes of chapter 91, HRS and shall apply to all contested cases that may come before the board relating to the denial of an application for a license or permit or to discipline a licensee or permittee.
