Section 8-54-2.1 - Applicability

Any action relating to the screening and hiring of teacher applicants by the department or charter schools shall be in accordance with the standards provided in this chapter. All licenses and permits issued by the board shall be renewable provided the licensee or permittee continues to satisfy the board's standards and the renewal requirements.
