Section 8-39-10 - Use of buildings as sleeping quarters

In the event of a public emergency, the superintendent or a designated representative may authorize school facilities to be used as sleeping quarters. Under any other circumstances, the district superintendent may entertain and approve applications for use of school facilities as sleeping quarters by Types I, II, and III users.
