The school shall retain one-tenth of all fees, dues, assessments and rental for each month or fraction thereof that school is attended by the student. The remainder shall be refunded to the student who, upon enrollment in another school, shall pay fees for only the number of whole months remaining in the school year. June shall be counted as a whole month. No refund shall be made after the eighth month of school.
