Section 8-32-3 - Collection, disposition. and use of fees and chargesCollection, disposition, and use of fees and charges.
(a) The school principal or designee shall be responsible for collecting fees and charges for co-curricular activities. The monies collected shall be deposited into each school's insured checking or savings account.
