Section 5.05 - Ingress and Egress to Devens is Limited to Public Ways

No vehicle, except certain military vehicles belonging to the United States Army or the Massachusetts National Guard, shall enter or leave Devens unless it does so on a public way unless the Agency permits the vehicle the use of another way under its control.
