Section 585.641 - [Effective until 7/15/2024] What must I demonstrate in my GAP?Your GAP must demonstrate that you have planned and are prepared to conduct the proposed activities in a manner that:
(a) Conforms to all applicable laws, implementing regulations, lease provisions and stipulations;(c) Does not unreasonably interfere with other uses of the OCS, including those involved with national security or defense;(d) Does not cause undue harm or damage to natural resources; life (including human and wildlife); property; the marine, coastal, or human environment; or sites, structures, or objects of historical or archaeological significance;(e) Uses best available and safest technology;(f) Uses best management practices; and(g) Uses properly trained personnel.
