This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Wage Payment and Collection Law." 43 P.S. § 260.1 1961, July 14, P.L. 637, § 1, effective in 30 days.
(a) Wages other than fringe benefits and wage supplements. Every employer shall pay all wages, other than fringe benefits and wage supplements, due to his employes on regular paydays designated in advance by the employer.
