(a) If a releasee is alleged to have violated the conditions of his release, and satisfactory evidence thereof is presented, a Commissioner may: (1) Issue a summons requiring the releasee to appear for a probable cause hearing or local revocation hearing; or (2) Issue a warrant for the apprehension and return of the releasee to custody. (a) The U.S. Parole Commission has jurisdiction, pursuant to D.C. Code 24-133(c)(2), over all offenders serving terms of supervised release imposed by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia under the Sentencing Reform Emergency Amendment Act of 2000.
