MAHONEY, Magistrate Judge Plaintiff filed her amended complaint on January 26, 2009 on behalf of herself and a class of similarly situated individuals. According to Plaintiff's amended complaint, consumers bought baby bottles sold by Defendant that had venting mechanisms on the bottles' bottoms.
