However, the parties were informed in the Board’s
January 30, 2013 order that no further extension or
suspension requests would be granted in the absence of a
detailed progress report. Such report MUST include a
recitation of issues that have been resolved, issues that
remain to be resolved, and a firm timetable for resolution.
Failing which, any future motion, even though agreed upon by
the parties, may not be approved.
Accordingly, petitioner’s motion is hereby denied.
Trial dates remain as previously set forth.1
