October 22, 1965 REYNOLDS, J. Appeal by the employer and its carrier from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board awarding claimant compensation benefits. On May 10, 1956 claimant suffered severe back pains on lifting a 125-pound rubber liner. Claimant orally notified his employer immediately of his difficulty and sought medical treatment.
