Plaintiff Silas Martin filed an objection. (Doc. # 35.) This court conducts a de novo review of those portions of the Recommendation to which objection is made. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1). The title to shares of the capital stock of a national bank passes when the owner delivers his stock certificate to the purchaser, with authority to him or any one whom he may name to transfer them on the books of the bank. 2. B. agreed, by a contract in writing, to manufacture for C., at a stipulated price, a quantity of staves, and to pile them on lands adjoining their mill, which were leased to him.
