N.L.R.B. v. Caravelle Wood Products, Inc.

In NLRB v. Caravelle Wood Products, Inc., 504 F.2d 1181, aff'd, 510 F.2d 257 (7th Cir. 1974) (Caravelle II), the Seventh Circuit upheld exclusion of the family members after the Board held a hearing in conformity with the guidelines and found that the relatives lacked a community of interest with their fellow employees.
