NLRB, 301 F.2d 216 (C.A.8, 1962), the company was charged with discharging at the union's request an employee who was "obnoxious, foul-mouthed and profane, prone to apply vile and indecent descriptions to others and one with a propensity for arguing and complaining... disliked generally, tolerated by a few, frustrated (etc.)."
