Where it appeared that the wife-plaintiff and defendant were married, not "in jest" as contended by plaintiff, but under an agreement that the marriage should not be immediately consummated, and that they could change their minds thereafter; that the wife-plaintiff was a minor but past eighteen years of age; and that there was no fraud, duress or lack of
