These are a series of cases brought respectively by four plaintiffs pursuant to Section 503 of the Nationality Act of 1940, 8 U.S.C.A. § 903, for a judgment declaring each plaintiff to be a national of the United States. Now 8 U.S.C.A. § 1503. All the plaintiffs were born in the United States of Japanese parents who
