The testator had no descendants and the principal objects of his bounty were his wife, the son of a deceased brother and five sisters. He gave to his wife some articles of personal property; ten thousand dollars in money, and two lots in Brooklyn, as her absolute property and in lieu of dower. He gave to his nephew eight thousand dollars, and a like
