    No. 7588. March 30, 1935. Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Texas; James Clifton Wilson, Judge. A.D. Lloyd and another were convicted of using the mails for purpose of executing a scheme to defraud, and for obtaining money by means of false and fraudulent pretenses and representations, and they appeal.
