Section 4712 - Tracking of injured wildlife(a) The Commissioner may certify an individual to use a dog on a leash to track injured wild animals. The certificate shall be valid for five years from date of issuance. The Commissioner shall establish the following by rule: (1) procedures for issuing a certificate under this section;(2) qualifications required for certification under this section;(3) privileges granted to a person holding a certificate under this section.(b) Fees to be charged to a person applying for certification under this section shall be: (1) Application fee $ 25.00(2) Initial certification-resident $100.00(3) Initial certification-nonresident $200.00(4) Renewal-resident $125.00(5) Renewal-nonresident $225.00.Added 1995, No. 65 (Adj.
