Section 53G-6-903 - Severability(1) If any provision of this part or the application of any provision of this part to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this part shall be given effect without the invalidated provision or application.(2) The provisions of this part are severable.Added by Chapter 478, 2022 General Session ,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2022.
