CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 101-503, §8, Nov. 3, 1990, 104 Stat. 1296, which set out provisions relating to encumbrance of funds, eligibility of tribe and its members for Federal programs, and acquisitions of land, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
