SHORT TITLE Pub. L. 101-41, §1, June 21, 1989, 103 Stat. 83, provided that Pub. L. 101-41 enacting this subchapter and provisions formerly set out as a note under section 1773a of this title, could be cited as the "Puyallup Tribe of Indians Settlement Act of 1989".
