EDITORIAL NOTES
CODIFICATIONSection, acts Aug. 27, 1954, ch. 1009, §5, 68 Stat. 868; Aug. 2, 1956, ch. 880, §1, 70 Stat. 936, which provided that, effective on the date of publication of the final rolls, the tribe was to consist exclusively of full-blood members, and which provided for new membership to be thereafter determined by the constitution and bylaws of the tribe and ordinances enacted thereunder, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
