CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 93-197, §6, Dec. 22, 1973, 87 Stat. 772, which related to transfer of assets of Menominee Enterprises, Inc., to the United States and holding of land in trust for the tribe as their reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
