CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 100-89, title I, §106, Aug. 18, 1987, 101 Stat. 668, which repealed the Tiwa Indians Act (Pub. L. 90-287, Apr. 12, 1968, 82 Stat. 93, providing the tribe's designation and transferring responsibility for the tribe to the State of Texas), was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
