CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 92-557, §3, Oct. 25, 1972, 86 Stat. 1171, which related to expenditure of funds withheld from per capita distribution pursuant to former section 1300e-1 of this title, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
