CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 92-254, §3, Mar. 18, 1972, 86 Stat. 65, which authorized each tribal governing body to use the balance of its tribe's share of the judgment funds for any purposes approved by the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
