CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 91-335, July 13, 1970, 84 Stat. 431, which related to distribution of certain judgment funds, authorized uses of such funds, and exemption of distributions from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
