Section 9522 - Purpose

The purpose of the MBDA Business Center Program shall be to create a national network of public-private partnerships that-

(1) assist minority business enterprises in-

(A) accessing capital, contracts, and grants; and

(B) creating and maintaining jobs;

(2) provide counseling and mentoring to minority business enterprises; and

(3) facilitate the growth of minority business enterprises by promoting trade.

MBDA Business Center

The term "MBDA Business Center" means a business center that-(A) is established by the Agency; and(B) provides technical business assistance to minority business enterprises consistent with the requirements of this chapter.
