Section 392.065 - Miscellaneous Powers
An authority may:
(1) sue and be sued;(2) have a seal and change the seal at will;(3) have perpetual succession;(4) make and execute contracts and other instruments that are necessary or convenient to the exercise of the authority's powers; and(5) make, amend, and repeal bylaws and rules that are consistent with this chapter to implement the authority's powers and purposes.
