Section 408.102 - Duration of Temporary Income Benefits(a) Temporary income benefits continue until the employee reaches maximum medical improvement.(b) The commissioner by rule shall establish a presumption that maximum medical improvement has been reached based on a lack of medical improvement in the employee's condition.Amended By Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265, Sec. 3.109, eff. 9/1/2005.
