Section 24.903 - Dallas County Criminal Judicial District No. 3(a) The Dallas County Criminal Judicial District No. 3 is composed of Dallas County.(b) The terms of the criminal district court no. 3 begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October.(c) Section 24.901, relating to the Criminal District Court of Dallas County, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Dallas County Criminal District Court No. 3.(d) Section 24.115, relating to the 14th District Court, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Dallas County Criminal District Court No. 3.Tex.
