Section 10.353 - Form and Validity of Notice(a) Notice required under this subchapter:(1) must be in writing; and(2) may be mailed, hand-delivered, or delivered by courier or electronic transmission.(b) Failure to provide notice as required by this subchapter does not invalidate any action taken.
