Section 48-101-503 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Secretary of state's duties(a) The secretary of state shall review registrations and enforce registration requirements for charitable organizations and professional solicitors.(b)[Deleted by 2024 amendment](c) The secretary of state shall make such individual investigations of all applicants for registration and of any violations of this part as the secretary of state may deem necessary and impose authorized and appropriate sanctions.Amended by 2024 Tenn.
