Section 39-16-511 - Compensation for past action(a) A person commits an offense who offers, confers, or agrees to confer any benefit upon a juror for the juror's having exercised the juror's official power or performed the juror's official duty in favor of the person or another.(b) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
