The laws designating the subjects, property and persons subject to and exempt from taxation for county, city, borough, town, township, school and poor purposes, and for the assessment of persons, property and subjects of taxation for county purposes, and for boroughs, towns, townships, school districts and poor districts which levy their taxes on county assessments, are hereby amended, revised and consolidated as follows:
